Survey limitations

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, inspections are visual and non-invasive. Surveyors will not normally open up the building fabric, lift fitted floor coverings, move heavy furniture or undertake destructive investigations.

Reports

Survey reports are prepared for the named client and for the purpose stated in the relevant Terms of Engagement.

Third parties should not rely upon a report unless South West Surveyors has expressly agreed in writing that they may do so.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website and reports produced by South West Surveyors are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Reports may be used by the client for the purpose for which they were commissioned but should not be reproduced or distributed for commercial purposes without permission.
